My name is Heather Laputka and I am a sophomore at Penn State Hazleton. This semester I have been enrolled in CAS100, better known as Speech. During the time I spent in Speech, I have delivered two speeches, one informative speech and one persuasive speech. During this class I have learned an swful lot about myself, including my weakness is public speaking as well as my strengths. I have also gained new skills and I have been able to better my weaknesses and become a more effective speaker.
     In this E-Portfolio you will find both of my speech deliveries, my speech outlines, the powerpoint presentations that went along with each speech and, my reflective journal assignments reflecting on what I have learned and accomplished throughout this course. I am aiming for this E-Portfolio to show how much I have achieved during the semester and how well I have developed my effectiveness of speech.
